Welcome to Better Mondays. By accessing or using this website and engaging in coaching services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Coaching Services

Better Mondays provides career and life coaching sessions intended to support personal and professional growth. Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or legal/professional advice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

All sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session.

3. Payment

Payment is accepted via Zelle or Venmo and must be received prior to the first scheduled session. Multi-session bundles must be paid in full before the first session begins.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or unused portions of bundled packages.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as private and confidential. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including blog posts, downloads, session materials, and branding—is the intellectual property of Better Mondays and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Use of Website

You agree to use this website and its content for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized use may result in restriction of access or legal action.

8. Disclaimer

Coaching outcomes vary depending on the individual. Better Mondays makes no guarantees or promises regarding results. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and success.

Better Mondays may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the website or services after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
