I HATE MONDAYS

I used to dread Monday mornings, so much that it would ruin my entire weekend. The alarm sounded louder, the coffee was never strong enough, and the week ahead loomed like a mountain.

The anxiety would creep in on Sunday night, and by morning, I was already drained and ready for the week to be over. It wasn’t just the start of the week—it was the return to something that didn’t feel right. What I realized over time is that hating Mondays was really about feeling stuck, unseen, and unsure of how to move forward. When I started getting clear on what I wanted—and believed I was allowed to want more—everything changed. Mondays became a launchpad instead of a letdown. If you’re in that “I hate Mondays” space, you’re not alone. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
